Bưởi da xanh có nguồn gốc đầu tiên ở xã Thanh Tân, huyện Mỏ Cày Bắc, tỉnh Bến Tre. Đến hiện nay, giống bưởi này được trồng nhiều ở nơi khác để nhân rộng sản lượng. Tuy nhiên Bến Tre vẫn nổi danh là vùng đất có bưởi da xanh chất lượng nhất.

Currently, this specific variety is grown extensively in various other localities to expand production yields. Đặc tính nổi bật/Outstanding Characteristics

Trong lượng trung bình của bưởi từ 1,2 đến 1,4kg/trái. Vỏ bưởi có màu xanh đến khi chín có màu xanh hơi vàng, dễ bóc và khá mỏng. Tép bưởi bó chặt màu hồng đỏ với vị ngọt không chua, dễ dàng tách khỏi vách múi có mùi thơm đặc trưng.

The average weight per fruit ranges from 1.2 to 1.4 kg. The rind is relatively thin, easy to remove, and transitions from green to a yellowish-green hue upon ripening. The flesh features tightly bound, pinkish-red segments that possess a purely sweet flavor with no acidity, separate effortlessly from the locule walls, and emit a signature fragrance.
